I have been active in education for more than 15 years as a teacher, instructional coach, workshop presenter, and designer of mathematics programs at the K-12 level. As an instructor with Fresno Pacific University, I facilitate 10 professional development courses focused on mathematics teaching and learning.

I am currently providing professional development for a research grant aimed at increasing teachers’ mathematics content knowledge and improving pedagogical strategies. I have a passion for authentic assessment, problem solving, and the role of conceptual understanding in mathematics learning.
